Two Emma Frost designs by Kris Anka that I love more than her current one.
Emma Frost’s current outfit makes me laugh because it’s just a ripoff of Lady Mastermind’s, despite the fact that during their fight in Uncanny #510, Emma said said the top made Lady Mastermind look low-class.
Maybe her new outfit is her version of an ironic trucker cap?

I made a thing and I 100% encourage sharing it with as many people as possible through all means possible.
Yes, please. As someone who has spent the last three holiday seasons working retail, I have had more than my fair share of people blame me for things that are far, far beyond my control. Please don’t take out your frustration on employees.
Or, if you are purchasing things online and you have to speak to a customer service representative, please be nice to them as well. It is very likely they are working a lot of long hours for the holidays and not getting to see their loved ones.

Can I say how good it feels to have my lack of faith rewarded? After I read your ending to JiM I felt like a fucking idiot who wasted her time and money, investing in a story that in the end was just like every other comic story. All its talk of change and growth had me thinking for the first time since OMD maybe there were comics that allowed for progression.
This was followed by seven other increasingly bitter messages. I’d normally just delete, but found i had something to say.
If the concept of perpetual-second-act American comics superheroics bugs you, there are endless comics that don’t fit that. Some are even superhero comics. And they sell shitloads. Let’s just list genre comics off the top of my head you would probably be less aggravated reading. WALKING DEAD. SCOTT PILGRIM. WATCHMEN. ENIGMA. POWERS. CASANOVA. PRETTY DEADLY. SANDMAN. ASTRO CITY. KING CITY. PLANETARY. MIRACLEMAN. THE INVISIBLES. And… Christ, y’know? Kerzillions of them. Then go to France and Japan and everywhere else. Or go there first! Go wherever!
You are walking into a shoe shop being offended that you’re being sold shoes. How dare you sell me a shoe? I thought they were boats, despite the fact the shop is selling shoes, and has sold shoes for eighty years.
Go forth! Read those sort of comics! Be disappointed with your shoes no more!
