A lot of what I’ve thought every time I read an angry oped about how ‘the millennial are so lazy!’ condensed into one angry letter by a millennial.
I’m at the very beginning of the Millennial cohort, so I’m about 10 years older than most of the people being complained about whenever oldsters say “The younger generation is so lazy and narcissistic.” It still pisses me off to hear it, because the only words that I hear are “Yeah I took the last piece of the pie, but my parents made it for me, so if you want any for yourself you have to go make it yourself.”
Sorry we weren’t able to live up to your expectations, you entitled assholes.
